The congressional award
If you like to be challenged and want to get involved, this is a great program for you. Earning the Award requires you to set and reach goals in four areas: Voluntary Public Service; Personal Development; Physical Fitness; and Expedition/Exploration.
The purpose of the Utah Commission on Service and Volunteerism is to enable individuals, communities, and organizations in Utah to benefit from the service, power, skills, and passion of volunteers. They have partnered with JustServe.org where you can search for volunteer opportunities by zip code.
