Enrollment Process for New Students to the Canyons School District
(Permit students, Transfers, Out of Town/State Transfer Students, Charter/Private School Students)
Welcome to Corner Canyon High School! You have two options to enroll your student at our school.
Option 1 Online:
1. Please Upload the following documents here :
3. You will be givenSkyward Login information to complete the Online Registration and pay your school fees.
4. When the enrollment/registration process is complete download the appropriate Course Request card here.
Choose 8 credits worth of courses or 7 credits worth of courses if you are taking seminary. You will log in to Skyward to complete the Course Request process or you will turn the Course Request card to your assigned counselor.
Option 2 In-Person:
1. Schedule an appointment with the Registrar’s office at 801-826-6430.
2. Please bring in the following documents to your appointment with the Registrar:
4. After meeting the Registrar you will begin the scheduling process and meet with your assigned administrator.
5. You will be given Skyward Login information to complete the Online Registration and pay your school fees.

- Immunizations (Requirements: English, Spanish)
- 2 proofs of residency (current utility bill, lease agreement, closing documents)
- Unofficial transcript
- 504 or IEP paperwork (if applicable)

Charter and Private School Transfer Students |
Please register your student in the month of January to allow your student to complete the course request process in February.

You will receive permit approvals the first week of March. You will begin the registration process once you receive the approval notication.

Out of Town/State Transfer Students |
Please begin the registration process as soon as you have taken possession of your new residence.
