Registrar Office is located inside the Student Center. There is also a registrar's window in the Commons, to the right of the Student Center.
New Student Registration takes place Monday through Friday 7:00am - 1:30pm.
During the summer, the office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Please call for appointment.

How to Request a Transcript
When you apply to a college or university one of the required documents you must send is a high school transcript (a record of all of your courses, grades, and credits). All transcript requests go through the registrar's office.
Electronic Transcripts
Canyons School District partners with Parchment, an online system for ordering high school transcripts. Students can now order electronic copies of their official transcripts with a push of the button. They can also use the system to electronically send their transcripts to the college, university, or scholarship program of their choosing and track the request to ensure the document arrives at its destination. The service is free-of-charge for currently-enrolled students and available to graduates for a small fee.
